Samuell Farm – south is one of Dallas Parks and Recreation’s many parks with trails. Signs announce this park and its exit from the highway. You know you are in the right place when you see a the large old tractor with the sign.
The highlight of this park is the ponds and the big red barn. Many families and professional photographers come here for photo shoots. The trails are gravel and would be accessible to a wheelchair with some more rugged wheels.
There are many great places for a picnic with grills and tables. Fishing is allowed at the ponds.
There is a playground.
