The oak Cliff Nature Preserve is maintained by Dallas Off Road Biking Association and is on land maintained by the Texas Land Conservancy. It is 121 rolling acres of woodlands & wildflower meadows, with 8 miles of hike-&-bike trails. Please reference their site for trail closings and up to date information on the trail
This trail is a loop system. DORBA has posted signs indicating where the trail goes however people have made many new trails that take “shortcuts” and make the map (found in “photos”) difficult to follow. I have met many lost people on these trails. That said, I love this park, especially in the spring and fall, when you will see wildflowers blooming. It is a great escape in an urban environment.
If you would like to volunteer on this trail or others that they maintain, please contact DORBA, or watch their facebook page. Please donate money, time and talent to help this great organization maintain these gems for our community
